Does not come with instructions and they do not respond to emails
My 15yo loved it when he opened it and worked hard to get it looking amazing. He is a guitar player and takes mechatronics in school so he knows how to wire electronics. He put everything together correctly and gets no sound when the guitar is hooked up. I emailed customer service and got nothing back. I could not find a phone number, instructions or any help. Ordered some new parts and we hope that works. It is an expensive wall piece otherwise.
