The product is yellow (the one I received at least), as in the picture. Its quality is AMAZING!

Can spare blades be bought on amazon please?

I'm sure you can buy them on Amazon, though I don't, as there are better deals offered elsewhere. As previously mentioned, I just google 'replacement blades for [exact name/number of the knife] and several options come up. Many much more reasonable than on Amazon
