I just bought my Bodyguardz screen protector a few weeks ago, and within a few weeks of use, I have had to order my second replacement because the Bodyguardz protector just cracked when I tossed the phone on a couch. I just installed it a few days ago, because my original Bodyguardz cracked when I dropped it. It's great Bodyguardz replaces your protector for the life of the device, which is why I chose them, and I'm certainly utilizing that surface, because these things appear to crack quite easily. I didn't have experience with screen protectors before Bodyguardz, so this is all rather new for me, but should they really be cracking so quickly? I read that tempered glass screen protectors are usually harder on the Mohs scale than phone screens themselves, to protect against scratches, but does that mean that they are also more brittle? I never cracked my phone screen itself this often.

Dust-free is essential for installation. A nearly invisible speck of dust will create a tiny bubble between the shield and the glass of a mobile phone screen. But rewarding if installed with care.

I love it. I really missed the edge to edge coverage and was so happy when they came out with it.

I've been using them for a while, and after a few days but more likely after 24-48 hours the tempered glass always has a large amount of scratches around the edges. The free replacements for life are nice but being limited to 5 per year is a little discouraging. As far as I am aware the scratches appear because the case I have does not have enough clearance to account for the screen protector but still. I would only recommend this product if your case is big enough to protect the edges well enough to not let the protector touch any object during a fall or when set down on a flat surface.Note: I bought the product through the Bodyguardz website rather than Amazon.
