Subtle lemon flavor--Experiment with it!
I am very picky about olive oils, and aware that one cannot always trust the description on the bottle. My everyday "go to" extra virgin olive oil is one from the Middle East that I purchase by the case from a fair trade organization. That said, I have come to love this O line of flavored oils and vinegars; they come in handy for a variety of uses, and I have several on hand. They are reasonably priced.This Meyer Lemon oil is particularly nice. It is true, as some reviewers have said, that the lemon flavor is on the subtle side. Recently, to ramp that up just a bit, I made a vinaigrette with this oil and O's citrus champagne vinegar. WOW! A perfect combination for a late-summer salad from the garden.This oil is also great drizzled over baked or grilled fish filets or steaks. Highly recommend ed!

Very good olive oil with hint of lemon
I use this on Salmon steaks or filets with grey sea salt and cracked pepper. Let it set while prepping the rest of dinner and then grill the salmon. Very tasty with a hint of lemon. I would recommend.

Missing ingredient...
The product I received is excellent...however, I ordered a version that combined Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. What I got was a Virgin Olive Oil infused with Meyer's Lemons. What happened?

Meyer Lemon!!
This is a fresh and tasty oil. Lemon oil is a favorite. Salads, pasta, veggies—the hint of lemon is wonderful! Not a great value but —-hey, I’m worth it!

Perfect lemon balance, more practical bottle design than tall version
Just the right balance of Meyer lemon, which naturally takes some of the peppery throat burn off any olive oil. Other brands I've tried are too overtly lemon. This one is nuanced. Makes any salad dressing better, and wonderful for low-heat cooking. Also I like this shorter bottle with the screw top. The taller fancier one has a flange where the cork meets bottle, which induces leakage and cleanup.

I use this for salads, vegetables and bread. Worth the money.

Tastes really good but is probably too expensive.
i really like the taste of this product, but thought I was getting more than one bottle for the price. I think it is too expensive and probably will not buy it again

We absolutely LOVE this Oil, we just wish it came in a larger quantity.It arrived on time and was safely packaged.
