This saw is remarkably sharp, useful, and versatile. It’s useful for small precision cuts in fine woodworking, or in a pinch, if you don’t have another saw on hand, it will cut a 2 x 4 fairly quickly. There is a hook tooth at the very end of the blade which allows you to begin a cut in the middle of a piece of wood. I’ve recommended this saw to quite a few people and given it as a gift. The photo shows part of the deck of a cedar-strip, fiberglas and epoxy kayak.
