PURRfect Cat Toys Crinkle Bouncer Toy (Color May Vary)

We all have tried many different toys for our cats. Some are flops, some are fun, but they eventually get bored with them, it's rare when a toy stays the fan favorite for years! This is one of those old faithful toys that they never seem to get tired of (I can certainly say that I might be a little tired of it though; lol). They really love the crinkly material and of course the feathers. It has enough body for them to really get their claws and teeth into, it's not small with only a few feathers like I have seen on similar toys that look like this. This one is 'the kind'. Also, it really can take some serious abuse! We did destroy our first one but, it took a long time and a lot of wear and tear for it to come to that so, we have had two so far; 100% worth it! No control over which color you get though... Our first one was kind of an orangey color and the second one is on the blue side. Not sure how many colors they have but, they pick it for you.

This company's wands are the only ones my cat will play with. It is made very well.

My cat absolutely loves this toy and acts like it's her teddy bear. We discovered it in a local (no-longer-open) pet shop almost 10 years ago. And she has to have it. She drags it up and down the stairs, on the bed and even it "puts it to bed" at the end of the night. Replacements are always at the ready for her.They do seem to be made less less sturdy over the years. I've had the plastic cap with feathers fall off the wand (we usually just super glue it back on) and feathers falling out a little before their time. Yes, some of this is due to active play - if you get it moving/shaking fast enough it sounds like a bird in a tree - and should be expected.Is it worth the money? Most definitely! (Just have some super glue handy, you will need it.) I've only had one cat not like these, but that's because he wasn't up to the same rough play with it as my other cat. Even still he's interested. But as the alpha cat, we don't encourage him. It IS her teddy bear after all :)

That's the inflation this thing is showing. Absurd. Seven is doable. 3X that amount is not. Insane.

This company makes some fantastic toys which, for the most part, are of good construction. However, the indicated toy, along with the other leather bouncers tends, to break shortly after putting into play. I have had several bouncers, and they all break. My cat LOVES this toy and will still play with it when broke, but that defeats the purpose.

My cat is turning 10 in a couple months. He's generally prone to the usual middle-of-the-night insanity as other cats, but daytime play is something for very short bursts...5 minutes or so is how he rolls (and pounces and throws that mouse). This toy, though...This toy was love at first sight. This toy is something that requires 30+ minutes of play at least once a day every day (if I know what's good for me). He knows where I keep it, and gets excited even as I reach up to grab it. (Oh, the woe if I'm reaching for something else on that shelf!) And once the toy is in play, he's like a kitten. He's part Maine Coon, which means he's larger than your average cat. It also means that there's something extra impressive at the sight of him jumping high enough to get up to a foot off the ground as he pursues this toy.I could dock this a star for the fact that he knocks off a feather every few days, because that means I'll be replacing it regularly. But he's never attacked like he attacks this. Having felt the full, brutal force of his ferocity, I suspect that nothing could stand up to the strength of my cat in full kill mode. (I'm both in awe and now more sure than ever that I'm alive at his whim.)Cats, like humans, each have their own tastes, so I can't guarantee your cat will love this. But my cat would like to make it known that anything that impedes him having this toy in his life FOREVER will feel his wrath.

This is my cat's favorite toy. The springiness is just perfect. It took two years for the last one to break so I ordered a new one.

My cat has loved the Da Bird toy with the colored crinkles on the end, so I thought she would be equally thrilled with this one. Not. Her style is to play more by herself and for a long time - longer than any human wants to play, so I found a way to anchor the Da Bird so she could jump, swat and bat around the attachment. This toy has an 18" stick, so it's half as long as the Da Bird.What I like: the stick has a leather braid instead of a piece of string like Da Bird does. I don't expect the braid to break like the string was always doing; it's only 4" long now from the constant breaking and toeing back together.OK, sounds like a review for Da Bird instead of this product, but it's really not. This is a really great toy with superior features that I think will make it last for a long time and I'm sure most kittens/cats will be thrilled with it, just not mine. She is an alpha who wants to direct everything, even her play, and she's not happy with my moving it around for her. Maybe the dog will like it better.

Great quality and a huge surprise for my cat. He loves but his playing times have to be limited as he goes pretty mad playing with it. He had quite a few similar one before - different makes - but they only lasted for days. Great toy for any cat. Prompt delivery too. Fully recommended!

This is my kittens favourite feather wand (and they've sampled MANY). It's nice and full and although it lacks the bounce of some other well-known wands, the crinkle sound really attracts cats.My two 7 month old kittens are really rough on toys (and each other. and on me, sometimes!) and so I don't expect plastic feather wands to last more than a few months with daily play; four months on and and this one's still going strong, only minor feather loss and the bouncer cord has never broken like all my others have.My only complaint is that it doesn't say anywhere whether these are un-dyed feathers. The large brown feathers appear to be but most toys at this price point use artificially-dyed, craft-style feathers and there's nothing to the contrary on the packaging nor the item write-up. The Vee Enterprises website talks about "natural feathers" being "naturally treated" but in an era of greenwahing and safety spin (and I'm a Marketer!) if these are truly non-toxic, that's a huge selling feature, particularly at this affordable price, and so you would think they would promote that as one of their lead selling features, right after durability, which makes me a little suspicious...

Heute angekommen und eben ausgepackt. Nach 2 Minuten Spielzeit sind schon Federn raus.... und mein Kater ist nocht der Wildeste. Für den Preis erwarte ich eigentlich mehr Haltbarkeit. Würde ich nicht noch einmal kaufen.

Great feather toy, not too noisy for my cat that gets scared by noises. Would buy again!
