Personally I have been having many issues with the so called sure tight seals from Ball /kerr etc. These seem to be more substantial in quality material similar to prior decades of Ball seals. On the hunt for more ;)

I thought I was gonna receive the whole thing when I order them, not just the flat lid. Maybe it's me who misunderstood but I thought I was getting the screwy part plus the lid which for me will be the whole lid system, if u can call it that lol

Great purchase, good quality!
I am a Canadian homesteader and can a lot. I can't find Ball lids or jars where I live, and so I will purchase Bernardin jars and lids/rings. They suit my needs I rarely get a leaky seal, and if I do its normally due to me forgetting to wipe one jar before canning!! Hope this helps y'all! God Bless and happy canning.
