will this support a 3200g out of the box? need to know building pc for my daughter for christmas

I was just sent one that did support it out of the box. If I were you, I'd order in time so that you can return and order something else if you happen to get sent one that doesn't support Ryzen 3XXX out of the box. It will have giant "AMD Ryzen 3000 Desktop Ready" branding on the box so you'll know right away.

In the description it says it has 3x pce-e x16 slots which does not match the picture is the description accurate or is the picture accurate?

The description actually says that there are 2xPCIE 3.0 slots and 1x PCIE 2.0 slots. One of the PICE 3.0 slots runs at 16x, the other at 4x. The description actually does match the board.

Ryzen 7 2700x is 105w can i use it with the mobo.

Yes it will run and is compatible out of the box. But this is one of the cheapest made mobos. VRMs are pretty cheap so don't expect much overclock capability or top performance out of a 2700x. Recommend investing like $30-40 for better quality B450 mobo for help future proofing your build.
