As you can see the fat between the muscles of this ribeye steak just melted away, I cooked this 1” steak in 12 minutes to a perfect medium rare, 3 minutes per side, flipped three times. The next protein I prepared was a huge tri-tip. The even, fast heating allowed this cut to sear up and contract into a perfect oblong pyramid “ just right“. Followed by Offset heat at 350° For 20 minutes created by simply closing the lid of my Master Touch, Followed by a 15 minute rest time. Pros: It’s a fraction of the price, not to mention makes my grill look, and function professionally.
