broken base non repairaable
opened and took out of box and the hinhe section was broken off. took it to the local ups store and the charged an extra $90.00 to ship. I thought that return of broken item was covered.. not happy,. i provided the print out label not accepted. no packaging material in box

Not fully glazed, but okay I guess
Not 100% glazed, the top portion of the tube has many bubble like area not glazed,besides, the areas you don't see from front are not glazed (wouldn't affect the functionality anyway).Cheap valve installed in tank...the water tube doesn't even have an adjustable thing to adjust how much water goes to the bowl.It's a fluidmaster valve actually, the lowest tier one...And the assembly is not very good either; they screwed in the valve with the bulkier side touch the back wall of the tank, so the air floater scratches the inner wall of the tank..I had to un-screw and turn the valve a little, so the thinner side of the floater is facing toward the back wall.Good old brand, products start to show signs of cost cutting.Good looking toilet for the price anyway;and good shipping included with nice foam in placed packaging.
