If you bump it, letters fall off. Either the felt bumps aren't tight enough together, or the prongs on letters aren't long enough. I ordered two, one in pink & one in blue for my granddaughters. One has a stand, & one is only wall mountable. Review: Overall nice product - Only complaint is some of the letters fall off easily. They aren’t very secure ## Features - MESSAGE THAT IS NOT FORGOTTEN: Display your message in a way that will be remembered!
