The harness is very comfortable and incredibly well made. The attachment ring on the back is fairly easy to get to but you may benefit from an 18" extension lanyard to make it easier.Unlike others, I had NO problem with the shoulder pads. For me they stayed in place every time.The padded low back portion does make this harness a little awkward to wear a tool belt at the same time.
