I feel I like another brand better

I love everything about Deep River Potato Chips. Cooked with healthy oil, clever slogan, light chip, good crunch and they give back. I purchased these chips for snack bag giveaways at an event that was river themed and everyone commented on how good they are. I knew this, of course, because I tested them in advance. These chips and company tick all the boxes as they are made with healthy ingredients, have a sense of humor with their labeling and they give back. But all of my guests just liked the taste and texture. Doing something good with something good. The best!

Everything about this transaction, shipping, price, and the taste of product were all great.The chips were on sale which is what initially got my attention. As I read the product information, I was impressed. Aside from the obvious of being the crunchy, kettle cooked in small batches, 50% less fat, they also identify the oil as sunflower oil (others usually state vegetable oil, then state a few that might be used or combination) and a portion of the sale goes to charity! How much better can it get? I Love companies that giveback.Product arrived on time, good condition, individual packages in perfect condition as well as the chips themselves-not a bunch of broken/smashed chips.Taste and crunch are awesome. Can taste that they are salted, but not overloaded with salt. Perfection!!

The chips itself tastes pretty good. But the QC is terrible. One of the bags only had 6 chips in it, weight way less than 1.5oz. I was concerned most of the bags would have this issue. Given that it was the first bag I opened, I was very disappointed and no longer trust the brand.

This is my favorite potato chip product and I encourage people to try it for taste and value, however Amazon needs to do a better job in managing expiration date. In the last two orders, I have received chips that expired within two weeks of the purchase date. No one likes stale chips.

I ordered a 24 pack of these chips. They were delivered at the end of July with an expiration date of August 3. I don't know how they expect anyone to eat that many chips in that length of time. I can only hope they will last long enough before they get stale. Very disappointing. I doubt I will order from them again.
