I highly recommend this multi vitamin brand since all the vitamins contained are derived from natural sources. I’ve also recommend them to family and close friends. There are too many brands on the market that, unfortunately, contain synthetic vitamins. They are definitely superior to the other vitamin brands that I have tried in the past.

I have been taking vitimans for years. My doctor told me after 50 I should be on a better vitamin than what I was on. He pointed out some bad ingredients that I was taking, Yikes. This multi has folate not folic acid. That's a good thing. The b-12 is properly sourced as well. The price is right for a good quality supplement.
