I'm considering one of these to take with us on vacation. Is it too bulky when it's folded up? I see no pictures of it folded.

It doesn't take up much room at all. It's about 2 or 3 inches thick.

what materials is it made of?

Polyester, or something similar. Covers the hard semi flexible shelving. It's sturdy.

Is the the ring hanging it rotate?

The hangers are not a permanent fixture. They are inserted before hanging.
