First product on the market to meet Standard 4-02-06
I saw in the newspaper that products meeting the new UK Water Industry Specification 4-02-06 which has been designated the new "Fine to Flush" kitemark. These products' labels do not carry the Fine to Flush kitemark yet, but they do meet the standard. Don't pay much more than £2 per pack.

The ONLY moist wipe that really is safe to flush. And they're great!
My family all like to use moist toilet wipes, but recently we had a blocked drain due to flushing "biodegradable and flushable" wipes that cost me £145 to have cleared. I had no idea that even if wipes are marked "biodegradable" and "flushable" it still does not mean that they will break down in the sewer.I bought a bulk pack of these as it worked out at £1.50 per pack, and I'm impressed. They're soft, they smell lovely-a faintly citrussy smell, and though they do rip slightly more easily than the average normal wipe, considering they are 100% paper they are certainly up to the task they are intended for. They're also bigger than most wipes. Most importantly they are guaranteed to break down in the sewage system just like normal toilet paper. Good for your pipes, and good for the planet! I would recommend, and will continue to buy.Don't pay more than £2 per pack though, at the time of writing this they are being sold on Amazon for nearly £9 per pack which is a complete rip off and likely due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

They do not disintegrate at all easily in water
We tried these in water. We had them in a jug of water for 3 hours and they failed to disintegrate to any useful extent. At least 50% of the body of the wipe was still intact . This would not be good down the sewers.
