No need to contact seller. Product's appearance is as described. It's very soft... It is not as dense as I thought, but it is dense enough so that the seams are not as noticeable. Fits both head and neck - although I have a pretty long neck, but if your neck is not statuesque (or giraffe like)it should really cuddle it nicely. Winter has not yet set in and therefore can not write about its warmth factor. My head measures 22 inches and this did not fit it. Tried to stretch it to loosen up elastic and the fur banding popped and broke. Could not return it once this happened. My granddaughter will probably use it. Made in China. I could have bought the same thing cheaper on eby. Would NOT recommend.
