Scratches very easily
I bought this because it had the exact dimensions of what I needed for a bar top for a small bar that had open slats for a bar top. I had to sand down the edges and corners as they were very sharp but did not have to cut it, which was a plus. As a bar top this does seems to scratch easier then I thought it would. I get scratches on it just about evey time I use it and It's not like I am abusing it. They just seem to appear. I suppose it is not the best use of this, but it does work ok and for the price it was a decent solution.

Cut well with standard-blade circular saw
Needed to replace to 11”-ish x 41”-ish broken glass panes in a bedroom window. Researched the best method for cutting this Lexan and found that a high tooth count carbide tipped blade was recommended for a circular saw, as I do t have a table saw. Well, I didn’t have one of those blades handy, so I used the basic blade that was in the saw. I encountered no problems with chipping at all (I did go relatively slow with the saw).It also helped that this has a bit of flex to it, unlike glass, so that I could navigate it into the frame more easily.

You can cut and drill and screw into no problems
I used these on Anderson windows that crank out sideways with a portable A/C. I purchased the Anderson screen clips to hold it in place just like the screen. I used the screen to cut to size. I cut with a quality jigsaw, very easy. When screwing into it, follow the chart on the protective sheet, your drill bit will be pretty close to the width of the screw. It might crack if you try to screw into a hole too small whereas, the screw holds very well if you follow the chart. Obviously leave the front and back protective sheet on until done cutting/drilling/screwing.

Not quite 24x40
I used this to make a window. I worked great but I was sure the listing said 24x40 inches. Measured 24x38. A little short. I was able to adjust my frame and use it anyway. It cuts and shapes easily. Also not Lexan as pictured. But another brand.
