This probably due to Sony gimmick of making the new games different format even through they are on a blu ray dvd type disc. Now maybe in the future with all the current network issues Sony has been having with its consoles maybe they will release a downloadable version of this game for the ps4. But that would also mean EA would to have give the go ahead which I see no problem them doing that. Its too bad sadly cause on the ps3 my biggest issue with this game is the fact that when you save your game file you have to keep creating new ones cause if you don't and try go back to the game file you had it becomes corrupted.
