Glue but for food!
This is my first experience with edible glue for baking projects. Overall this glue holds very well, opens and flows easily, and doesn’t have a noticeable taste. It comes out and dries clear. I do wish it didn’t come out quite as fast for smaller projects - it comes out in big drops which is awesome for larger needs but when you only need a tiny drop for small fondant pieces it’s a little tricky to use or you need a small paint brush. Overall I trust the Wilton brand and find this product needs my baking decorating needs

This edible glue works well.
Works well! I used it to stick very small edible cake decorations on the top the cake. Worked like a charm.

The glue didn’t adhere to the bake goods
This didn’t work for me. I found that the sprinkles and other decorations were not glued to baked goods.

Great product!
Works great! A little teenie weenie dab is all that's needed. Goes on kind of dark, but dries clear. Great and easy way to apply decorations to my bakes.

Too close to “best by” date
This is the second time I am receiving a product that expires in less than a year. According to Wilton, “The Wilton Dab-N-Hold Edible Adhesive is freshest if used within 24 months. There is a stamped-on manufacture date code on the product.” I understand that this is not necessarily an “expiration date” but for my own peace of mind, I don’t like using products after the manufacturer’s recommended “best by date.” The product I received today was manufactured on Sept. 1, 2023. Why would I want a product that is only going to be at its freshest for only FOUR more months. Ridiculous. This is an automatic return. I will buy this in-store to personally see the manufacture date prior to purchasing so I don’t waste my time again.
