Crown8078 Dry Graphite Lube & Parting CMP 12 oz. Aerosol

Five star cause yea it works and its cheapest per ounce I found. I used it on both some old double hung windows and on some sliding aluminum windows.Actually works pretty well on the aluminum windows. They are the sliding kind without rollers on the bottom track, so lot friction. No idea how often I will have to reapply. Didnt work as well on the double hung, but think bit improvement. Oh I also used it on some of those Frostking expanding universal window screens, made them open and close much easier. Yes its dark color (graphite) so will overspray where you dont want it unless you mask to confine spray to where you want it. I wasnt too worried so didnt bother.It does go on wet/sticky but dries very quickly. Its pretty much like the tiny cans for locks. Oddly they dont include a straw. This literally be lifetime supply for locks. But yea really needs a straw included.

Excellent product and not as messy as grease

This stuff worked good on my wood stove moving part, lasted lot lot longer then what i used before, the only part I dont like is there's no small straw for pin-point spraying, I had to find another spay tip that will fit the the can and hold a straw.

Make sure to shake well!!! This stuff, got the graphite right where I wanted it to go. I relubricated my 94 jeep locks, mechanisms and they freed up nice. No residue other than the graphite powder left behind.

Messy

used for automatic running boards that are always getting dirty. Very sticky and left a mark on the black but no more sound at all from them opening and closing all the time

Good Stuff, works well, but is kind of messy, so be ready

Something told me to check this in an inconspicuous area and so glad I did. It does not have a straw to focus the spray. It ran black liquid down the white door, and I could not get it off. So now I have a nasty stain until I can get the door repainted. Nit sure what it’s for, but not for household use!
