I received the costume without a nose. And the replacement time is so long that the event will finish.Why such unprofessionalism when the items are non returnable only replacement allowed.Now What to do with this incomplete costume.????

No caps included with the package. My kid eagerly picked the costumes but no caps enclosed. I am not satisfied the product and not recommended to any other customers. Don't buy this costume for your kids. Cheated me. I can't return the product and I have lost the money. Don't buy this costume.
