It worked great right out of the box, included all accessories, and had the instruction book with it. This is definitely the most expensive machine I have owned, and the difference in how well it operates is leaps and bounds above the prior $100-125 machines I have had.It sews smooth, and the machine is quiet. My favorite feature right now is that when you finish a stitch, the machine can cut the thread for you. I waste far less thread this way, which is important during a time when sewing supplies are hard to come by.I have been using the machine daily since it arrived with no complaints. It’s amazing how much faster I am able to make masks right now. I have also made a quick fleece mat for my new kittens to sleep on, and some bowl cozies.
