I just received this brand new book and there are dozens of pages where the ink is faded on the right side of the page. I find this ironic.

Excellent reference for work. It covers all important topics for Six Sigma Project Implementation. I use it together with another book from the same collection: Six Sigma Distribution Modeling. I recommend both books.

"The Six Sigma Black Belt Handbook" is a must read for all Black Belt practioners striving to meet, if not exceed, critical customer and critical business requirements. The insights that I gained, as a practicing Black Belt with more than 20 years of process experience, from reading the "Six Sigma Teams, Methodology and Tools" section will help me drive even greater increases in customer satisfaction and generate even more cost savings.

Good and descript six sigma in easy way. Sometimes too easy. That's way only three starts.

Excellent! I never stop consulting it. It's become my head book and supports a lot of my work in teaching and couselling.

Very helpful for operations managers. I myself work for a large fulfillment company in Russia, and will definitely try to implement the six sigma.

El libro me llegó 2 días antes de la fecha estimada de entrega, es de pasta dura y solo trae un detalle de mala calidad en el pegado que creo con el tiempo las hojas se irán desprendiendo, y sucio levemente de los bordes de la hojas cuando lo empacaron.
