Ultra Spec Cables 250ft Cat5e Outdoor Waterproof Ethernet Cable Direct Burial Shielded Pure Copper

This Cable was exactly as I wanted it. It has the ends on it but I cut them off as I was using it for our ADT system to arm our shop on our home system, and allowing the system to communicate with the home system. The cable itself took quite a beating as I fished it into the schedule 40 pvc pipe. This wire is NOT meant to be run into any metal conduit as you will possibly lose connectivity issues. The Internet in the shop ALSO runs on the same line. I cut this wire in half and ran it to my husbands shop. It did not KINK whatsoever when unraveling it and was exceptionally easy to pull through. I have had no issues with signal distortion whatsoever and I am very happy with the product quality.

Well made cable, delivered quickly, and did the job. I would have given it five stars except it comes bundled instead of on a reel. I was planning to run it through buried conduit so, to avoid kinking, I had to lay it straight on the ground before feeding it into the pipe. My only other gripe was when I went to order a second cable a week later, the price had jumped over $10. Now I see it's up over $20 from what I originally paid a few weeks ago. I suppose this reflects current copper prices.

Works great

Bought for my X32 Mixer as it required a shielded and grounded Cat5e cable. Bought a 12 reel here on ebay. Worked like a charm. I added ethercon connectors. Just did a show with 32 inputs and 16 outputs and had zero issues. I like that the drip wire is welded to the connector to establish a solid ground connection.

We wound up having to buy twice. We forgot the first one was there and ran the tiller over it! This has been great to get internet out to the trailer in the back. We're very happy with the purchase(s).

has no silicon inside so it might no last long, says it can be buried underground so I hope the coating doesn't leak. also the wire was so tightly wound it was hard to bury the cable as it just wanted to coil back up

I needed to run data across my property for monitoring my solar power plant. Neither end of the cable would stay locked into their respective RJ-45 jack. One latch was broken off and the other wouldn't hold unless I cut off the black plastic above it. I did some workarounds and made it work but overall my experience is the RJ-45 connectors are of poor quality.

This was the cheapest AND longest ethernet I could find online. It was just as described, I'm installing it now! Thanks!
