I bought this Stanley thermos so my son could have hot lunches at school, since they don’t have microwaves and it works so well! It keeps his food warm all the way until lunchtime, even on busy mornings when we prep early.He loves being able to enjoy real meals instead of cold sandwiches or snacks that don’t need reheating. It’s been perfect for pasta, soups, rice dishes — you name it. The thermos is sturdy, easy to clean, and doesn’t leak at all. Total game-changer for school lunches!

The Experience: I bought this thermos for work and it has held my solid foods and soups well! I heat my food up in the microwave so that it's piping hot, by the 6 hour mark my food is warm and good to eat. The design is compact enough to fit in my backpack which is perfect since it doesn't have much space and I don't need to worry about it leaking since it's leak proof.Overall the thermos was thoughtfully designed, I love that it comes with a spork/ spork holder so I don't need to pack extra utensils. It's heavy duty and easy to clean.Cons: I wish the design had some sort of silicone grip for the lid. I find that the pressure does build up from any hot foods, which makes the lid a bit harder to open. And with my tiny hands it can be hard to wrap my hands around it.

I bought this product for my husband's work and it turned out to be the best investment because he has two meal times and the temperature of the food is perfectly preserved at the time he is going to eat it. I think it's worth the price and the practicality to take it everywhere

It took me a long time to settle on this food jar, but I am glad that I ultimately chose it. I needed a food jar to keep my fruit or yogurt cold for the day.I pre-cool the food jar with ice, then remove the ice and add my yogurt or fruit in around 5:30/6:00 am. The best example of its efficiency is the fact that the fruit stays COLD even as I open the jar several times throughout the day to eat a few pieces of fruit at a time. One day when I got home at 6:30 pm, the fruit was still cold and delicious! The jar gets bonus points for the compartment in the cover which I use to store the granola that I sprinkle over my yogurt.I haven't tried the food jar with hot food, but I imagine that it is just as proficient with that end of the temperature spectrum. This is a solid buy - money wellllllll spent!

My husband takes soup to work during the cold Montana winters. I make sure I boiled water and put in the thermos to get the insides real hot... drain it out then add soup. It stays hot for 4 hours or so. It all depends on how long u leave the top off.

I love this for dehydrated foods while out in the bush. Lightweight but built to last, like most Stanley products. Get nothing but compliments on it when the other boys are using the bag to rehydrate and heat their food.
