Double check you got the right ones. Fit for 2018 Escalade
2yr Update: these have now worked just fine through two seasons of winter use. Highly recommend. I’m actually back to buy more because the stock ones on my vehicle, one just stopped working and I have no concerns installing these instead of paying a lot more for the local tire stores. The seller sends a nice note in the package basically saying “please contact us just in case to make sure you got the right part for your car”. I did that and found out I ordered the wrong ones. Oops. Sent those back and bought these after referencing their website. These worked on my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. Just had my snow tires mounted up and they all programmed just fine. Can’t speak to longevity of them yet.

Bad batteries.
Bought March of 2022. Installed in summer rims for 2020 Yukon. Used the sensors all summer and they were good. Put wheels/rims away for the winter. Put wheels back on April 2023. Sensors would not sync with Yukon. Found out batteries died and dealer wanted $376.00 to get 4 new sensors and remount the tires. Talked to a friend who owns a tire shop. I was lucky. He only charged me $200.00. Batteries in sensors are useless. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!

Works well so far
I've been using some cheap no-name brands before, with bad experience. One time a sensor appeared DOA, which I only found out after it was already installed and after receiving a replacement I had to pay the local tire shop again to have the dead one replace with the new one. So now I started to test them before bringing it to the tire shop. Another cheap set I bought was working fine but had the batteries die after only three years. So onto the name brand, and I ordered four of these. I was a bit surprised that there was no mentioning whatsoever of the AC Delco brand on the item itself, but from what I see on the Internet this is indeed the same model as what GM uses as OEM.I did test it in our 2017 Cadillac Escalade by just putting it into learning mode and hit each TPMS sensor with an EL-50448 relearning tool. Just make sure you only have one sensor at a time and have the others at least a few feet away as otherwise you may have two sensors firing at the same time (ask me how I know...). The TPMS system freaked out as apparently I had four flat tires now, but now I knew they were all working and I just releared the tires that were still on the vehicle.

Exact part number
Firestone wanted to charge me $80 each for these and another $10 to install them. Went on YouTube saw a guy breaking the bead on the front of the tire with a stack of 2 by 4’s under the frame with his jack. Did all four saved myself a lot of money.

Still working
$24 to have it installed to replace the one in the wheel. Works so far, will come back when it fails. Hope for at least 5 years of use.-Wish vendor would give warranty at least 5 years. But not sure if it has any warranty.

Don't buy these!
Don't buy these! Yes they will work on a 2018 silverado, But they will only work for 6 months! I bought these for my summer wheels and tires, they worked fine for one summer. When I put my wheels back on this summer the sensors no longer worked, even though the wheels were properly stored. This must be old stock, live and learn.
