Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ordered this for my niece after her mom texted me that she had a bonk on the faucet in the bath tub. Immediately after her bonk, my niece was absolutely terrified of the faucet. My sister texted me in a panic and she doesn’t have Amazon Prime. Well, I will say that Amazon Prime saved the day, once again. We found this whale faucet cover and it was able to be delivered within 10 hours. I placed the order, it arrived in the morning and was installed before the next evening bath time. Life saver. She didn’t even flinch when she saw the faucet with the cover on it. In fact, she LOVES it. It was a nice addition to the bath time routine and bath time toys, and it keeps her lil noggin safe from bumps and bruises that happened the last bath time. So long old faucet nemesis, you have met your match with the cutest little cover and we will never go back. I was actually so impressed that I bought one for myself. I’m an adult. Two adults live in my home. No kids. But they’re SO CUTE that I needed one for myself. Now I won’t get bumps or bruises from my faucet either😏 If you’re thinking about it, do it. This was very easy to put onto the tub spout and fit fairly well from the start for me. Pulling the fins to tighten was a little difficult and took some trial and error, but once I figured it out it was easy. It helped me to feel much better about letting my little one enjoy their bath time without being afraid they would hit the hard edge of the spout. It also helped them to not be as afraid of the water since it was coming out of a fun whale instead of the metal spout The biggest downfall I have may not affect others as much as it did me, so I was in between a 4 and 5. Our diverter is in the mouth of the spout and you pull down on the ring around it. This is almost impossible to do with the whale on because the head of it hangs down below our spout a bit. If you have a top diverter that is the little metal plunger then you would not have this issue as there is a hole in the head of the whale to accommodate for that

I have 2 daughters ages 1 and 3 that love to take bathes but the thing that always scares me that they will stand up and hit their head or something off the bath tub faucet. So I looked into finding something to cover it and found many different ones but they love aquatic stuff so when I had the chance to review this I took advantage of it and they LOVE this whale! Please note this might be a one size fits most but its not a one size fits all please see cons to get more information...... Pros: Rubber is sturdy yet gentle if a child bumps into it Easy to hang up to store in the bathroom if you don't want it on the spigot 24/7 3 year old cannot easily take it off so no worries about it being removed by a child Its BPA free so you can feel safe about using it plus I've put it in the dishwasher to clean (kids and soap equal messy whale sometimes) without using bathroom chemicals to clean it Cons: Ok now for the fun part... this will not work on a spigot without a shower pull it will fall off so if you don't have one or have a separate knob then its probably not going to work Second..... It will not fit every spigot so if it is under I would say approximately 8" then it should fit Lastly.... the strap does hold tight but you really have to put a LOT of effort into making sure it is really tight. While it works well to prevent kids from pulling it off it can be difficult for parents to remove too. Me gustó mucho aunque resultó más grande de lo que esperaba y no encajó bien con mi llave, es de muy buena calidad y me ha servido para que al jugar en el agua y agacharse, mi bebé no se golpeé la cabeza,además que resulta muy atractivo el diseño. *Solo recomiendo que revisen si el tamaño es el que se adapta a sus llaves.

Really like this for my 1 year old who has discovered the tap while in the bath! This fits over our mixer tap and is adjustable so you can tighten it so little hands can’t pull it off! It also acts like a bumper protecting my little man from bumping his head on the tap while he plays in the bath.

This is fantastic - not only does it protect baby from hurting themselves but it provides a ton of enjoyment for baby. It looks fun and serves its purpose very well. Fitment is spot-on! It is super, ridiculously easy to install - it literally took no more than 15 seconds to slide on and tighten to our spout. It appears to be made of a quite durable plasitc that is firm that doesn't feel like it would crack or rip. Real easy to clean/maintain - there's nothing to it really.. rinse/wipe clean easily as needed. Definitely recommended if baby is showing some interest from that shiny spout of yours lol
