Very often when I want to peel off a price tag from a purchase, a sticky glue residue remains which is very resistant to removal. I've tried soap, rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover in the past to no avail. Enter Mostenbocker's "Lift Off" and it very efficiently removes the sticky residue. Place a small amount on an old rag or tissue, rub gently, and voila it dissolves and removes the gooey mess with minimal effort. I always have a bottle handy. The label says that it is also good for removing other petroleum based products, lipstick, oil, grease, crayon marks etc. Works great, I highly recommend it.

I used it to remove a decal which was on wood. It came off great and did not damaged the wood.

Didn’t work as well as I hoped. Was easier to run under hot water and remove stickers than using this smelly oily stuff

Worked great and was easy to apply and clean off. I had new shower doors installed and my installer claimed they 'tried everything' to get some residue off, this stuff took care of it with no issue!

Appreciate a reliable product that removes sticky spots from labels on shoe insoles, plastic, acrylic and glass items. Would highly recommend this product. I have placed one bottle on each level of our home.

This was one of several similar products i bought in an effort to find the "best" adhesive remover.This product is NOT the best. pretty close to one of the worst too.for starters, this stuff pours out of the bottle so fast, and it is so thin that it doesn't really stay on the intended target in order to soak in.I have tried pouring it on a rag first and also directly on the adhesive to be removed and it's effectiveness is less than average. couple that with the overly wasteful delivery mechanism and high price and i would not buy this again at all. warm water would be about as effective as this product
