Perfect for Honda's that use H1 bulbs.
This product really helped while intalling H1 led bulbs in a projector housing. I installed them on TYC replica Civic type R EP3 headlights. The H1 leds did not fit properly on their own. Most hondas have a plug adapter like this from the factory that plugs into H1 bulbs. Which does not come with most standard H1 led lights. So this was the missing link. You install the metal collar from the led bulb, then this goes on top, fasten it down with the spring clip, then put the led bulb in after. Worked out great.

Fits 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander
You need this for the above SUV and it works. Be patient and you have to watch the video and play around with it.

Could not make them work.
Could not make them work for LED headlight upgrade in our son's 2007 Mazda5; too flimsy and the split-ring design kept pushing the ring apart. Ended up installing a set of Pathfinder bulbs (with a solid aluminum adapter ring) that I had on hand for my bike. Can't recommend - too flimsy to assist if you're trying to install one of the "standard" LED kits (we were trying to install a pair of Katanas) you'll find here on Amazon.

Worked out great in the end!
After some tweaking, I was able to attach the part on my adapter to my LED headlights and have it screw in! It is outstanding and locks in!

Part is quite fragile, but works when it doesn't shatter
The first headlight adapter/retainer was a bit tricky to fill out. The part comes with no instructions and you're on your own. For what it is, it's very expensive. It might have been printed on a 3D printer. I've ordered it again. I can't believe I have to send the first order back--i'm not sure I can locate enough of the parts of the second one back to amount to much. I have to give it two stars because ultimately it does work if you can install it without shattering it. If you want LED high beams in a Ford Fiesta, Focus or Mondeo/Fusion, this part has to exist. The part allows you to turn the LED blade to 9 and 3 o'clock but doesn't help you take advantage of the registration divets that exist in an H1 socket registering to those in an H1 lamp fixture that takes the eyeball/guesswork out of that.I have received the replacement and the second tryI was able to succeed installing the high beams so it IS possible to fit H1 LED high beams into a Mk 3 Ford Focus. it takes some manuvering and patience and the part didn't break but it does fit in the bracket rail tightly. I added a star. This still needs an instruction sheet but I figured it out with the ALLA lighting website that shows the bracket being installed.

A must have if you're upgrading to led headlights!
I got these spacers for my 2006 mazda3 when I was upgrading my headlights to leds and they do the job. However whoever designed the headlight assembly should be put in prison!! I've been used to the twist and lock headlight bulbs, this whole locking clip door thing was a huge pain in the rear, I most likely didn't get the installation correct (but the headlights are in) however I'm glad I found these spacers!

Does the job, know what you are doing, they are all the same
These do the job just right to fit LED's in the high beams. There are no alternative styles available, these are little plastic clips that should be 4 bucks Prime, but people giving these low ranking because these don't know how to install is ridiculous. You simply pull the ring of your LED bulb and clip the ring into place into the headlight then insert the bulb and twist into the position you want, that's it... Again, don't bother shopping around for different kinds of these clips, just order the cheapest set and learn how to install. I had to do my research myself and didn't lower the rating because I was clueless.

Watch the install video!!
The collar was too big for my LED and I thought it was not fitting but if you follow the install video and insert the adapter in the housing first, it will hold everything in place then its just a matter of pushing in and locking the LED in place. Can be done with headlight still in the vehicle but much much easier with then removed. This was on a 2019 mitsubishi outlander

Trop grand pour mon kit HID xenon
J’ai besoin de 18 mm dans le trou, mais celui ci a 25 mm!! Je suis déçu, car je essaie de trouver un kit et même sur Amazon on ne l’a pas 😑😑

bought these for my 2014 Veloster to go with the hikari Hyperstar h7 bulbs. Had to Find a use a O ring to centre and sucure the adapter and metal back plate together then insert them itno the head light. then i had to disasemble the Cars stock to plug to plug in the bulb. then you put the bulb in, but it did work. was not straight forward
