are the bristles on the brush stiff enough to really grab the hair? I've tried several that barely can go through and grab my hair .

NOT if you have short hair. This DOES NOT work. The bristles don't grip. You need the flexible ball tipped bristles.

How many Watts is this product? Thanks

Mine is 300 watts and doesn't have nearly the drying/styling power that my old one did. That one was 1000 watts! It still worked, but the old one had plastic and boar bristles on the large brush and the boar ones were getting out of shape.

what is voltage? can i use it in europe?

First, European plugs do not look like ours. Northern Europe plugs are different from Southern Europe plugs, and those are different from UK plugs! Therefore, make sure you check out plug adapters. Second, U.S. hairdryers are not workable with any of those I just mentioned, even with the adapters! You need a dual wattage dryer with both120-240 volt choices. This one does have that!

It blows slightly warm air. It does not get nearly as hot as a curling iron and I found it inadequate for both drying and curling.
