I bought this fountain for our bedroom in hopes it would drown out my husband's snoring. It has a nice relaxing trickling, sound, but alas, it cannot compete with the bear in the bed! Still, I love it. It's quite beautiful especially with the tea candles lit and the glow from those 3 tiny candles illuminates a room so warmly. My only complaint was buying it from Amazon, no sure if it was a third party issue or what, but the box it was shipped in was partially torn, the box the item comes in was really in poor shape, almost looked like a returned item resold as "new". One side of the manufacture's box was completely missing. The Styrofoam packaging within the manufacture's box was cracked and taped together. I was fully prepared to return it because it the box was in such poor condition, however, everything works, nothing was missing, and I really do enjoy this little fountain. No issues with splashing. I am going to place large rocks my husband has collected from Utah and Arizona around the base to make it even more eye appealing. I would recommend this fountain for relaxation, but it won't tackle hushing the loud snorer.

The media could not be loaded. Wasn’t sure what to expect for the price but it’s really nice. Clear instructions and looks good in person despite being plastic. Pump wouldn’t pump on the lowest setting but the medium and high work well. You’ll need to add more rocks than it comes with but not a big deal. I saw other reviews about the pump noise but mine is completely silent. Before the water started running, I could only tell it was on because of a slight vibration on the bowl. The water noise is a nice gentle trickle. It also comes with a bunch of tea lights but I’m using battery ones with a remote!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this fountain back in February 2024 and was very pleased with the look and the soft sounds of the waterfall. I’m big on creating a zen environment in my bedroom so this fountain was a great fit with the combo of Fire and Water. It was easy to assemble and looked attractive. However, after 6 months with no issues the fountain just died on me. I was afraid I would be stuck like chuck since I had already long passed the 30 day Amazon return policy, but I happened to noticed that this fountain came with a separate warranty! I swore I would have received the run around to get a new motor but Alpine’s customer service was so quick with there response and to my complete surprise and satisfaction they shipped me via UPS a brand new fountain! I was so impressed. I’m not sure what happened with the initial fountain but it’s nice to know that this manufacturer honors their product! I would definitely recommend

Cute, works, you can hear the water as it moves across rocks

I putchased this item for my office. I had a small battery operated water fountain that I love, except the battery longevity is poopy. I poured (pun intended) over water fountains for hours on end. I looked at multiple shopping sites with really similar to exactly the same fountains. I finally settled on this one with the candles. I got some electronic candles; no fire in the office! Show it off to my coworkers we all agree it is lovely... I'm feeling pretty cool. One of the electronic votives doesn't really fit... I'll shave down the plastic with my fingernail dremel. No biggie.When it arrived it looked good coming out of the box. Upon assembly I couldn't find the hose that is supposed to hang out of the bottom. There was a large opening on the bottom of the top part... I'm peering in trying to find this tube the pump is supposed to conect to. I read the directions again, watch the demo vid again. I'm thinking, "great another broken thing from Amazon (I've had a run lately)" :(.I peer in the top again, determined, cause I just want it to be fine... especially after hours of painstakingly searching for the right one, and choosing Amazon over other shopping apps because I trust it's better quality. So, anyway, I see a tube hiding in there.I FOUND IT!Happy and relieved I notice the hose looks crusty and it isn't attached at all. It looks like it should be attached to the tallest tier water fountain, which would make sense. I tried to shove it up towards the fountain top hoping it would pop into place, or something fortuitous like that, but alas... no luck.Pretty sure it's some broken cr*p. The hose looks like it's been used with hard water for awhile and broke. They probably ordered a new one and put this old one back in the new ones box.Sellers, check your returned items are truly functional and unused before reselling it.The fountain itself seems like it has the potential to be beautiful.
