I buy these over Bulk and other brands because I prefer the ratios and amounts of the three minerals within.Their packaging is a little nonsensical, the tablets fill about 1/5 of the container; on my first pack I counted them because I thought I was getting ripped off. They make Walkers look good. I’d like the company to address this because this is the sort of thing that puts more lorries on the road than necessary.Aside from this, it’s a decent product, I’ve purchased it a few times.

I like the fact it is easy to swallow with no nasty after taste and helps me relax and get a good night's sleep. Also a reasonable price.

On the one hand I felt this product did improve my sleep with no adverse side effects but on the other hand after conducting some research on magnesium, it is oxide which is the cheaper form of magnesium so my next purchase will be magnesium glycinate.

A week after I opened the box, It looked empty, and I started to count the ones left, and realized that it was 4 serving short.No more Applied Nutritiom for me.
