Chameleon Aura

This book helped me by reminding me of my worth, which in turn helped me set boundaries in my life.I cut ties with people who didn't deserve my attention, love, energy or to be in my life for that matter (people who took me and my kindness for granted). It's a good read. I recommend reading it slowly and really soaking it in. It's very empowering.

This. Everything about this book. Perfect. There was not one single page that I did not like nor relate with. This book is worth every cent to buy. It’s not one of those thin poem books that you find on here, there are 279 pages to be exact. Wonderful writing and a beautiful message! I received it in the mail today and finished it within two hours. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone in need of self love and self healing.

Buy yourself this book and it'll be the best gift you get yourself all year. Share it with others and they will thank you endlessly. I dog eared 80% of "Sour Honey and Soul Food" it is that amazing. Billy writes with the kind of vulnerability we all feel in our hearts but rarely share, even with our closest tribe and maybe even ourselves. Do yourself the favor in reading the words you have probably felt but did not have the words for. We are not alone and Billy reminds us of that endlessly.

I kept seeing this pop up for recommendations but I honestly never heard of the author so I didn’t bother to look further...silly, right? I finally flipped through it in Barnes and Noble, but saw it was cheaper here and gave it a try. I’m in love with this book. The poetry absolutely hits the heart anddd is kind of a punch in the face.

This was a gift for our daughter. She is a huge fan of poetry of the modern days. She loved it and appreciated it so much. It was in very good condition and our only complaint was it has a black cover which is perfect except it seems whomever packed it along, with the other books purchased appeared to have been eating greasy foods and didn't wipe their hands before packing the books. There are greasy fingerprints on the covers of all 3 books.

I had no idea what the book was about but I saw it online and was instantly drawn to it. When it arrived I fell in love and I’m so glad I listened to my intuition!

This is an amazing book that you can dip in and out of at leisure. I love the lyricism and literary elements; it feels very modern yet traditional.
