Quality product
faucet is very nice quality, heavy duty. The spout qorks well and stays in place nicely. Finish is nice quality. All parts have a quality feel. Used on 3cm granite, the control unit stud was a little short, had to make the nut that holds the unit in place narrower to make it work, but not too much trouble and the unit was worth it. Looks great. I would recommend this faucet, but can't speak to longevity, have only had 3 months.

Not so good
This was very difficult to install. After installing it there was not water pressure!! Had to remove & send back.

Came without hoses for the faucet handle control
This was a replacement for a broken faucet. Everything was going fine with the installation, right up until it came time to hook it up to the water supply. There were no hoses included in the box. A trip to the hardware store, and $12.00 later, we finished the install and it works fine. The faucet came with correct hose attachment. The sprayer came with the correct hose attachment. But the control handle came with none. Oversight in packaging? Probably. Inconvenient after you have already removed you old faucet? VERY.

Low water flow
Low water flow, takes forever to fill the sink and the sprayer is like a watering can. :-(. I miss my old faucet, but it was unrepairable.

Not worth the price. I find much better quality faucets for less. Small metal nuts for under a faucet. Who thought that was a good idea? I put some anti sieze on it first chance I got.

Sprayer is PLASTIC
In the item description it states this product is SOLID BRASS, it is not. I purchased this faucet for my in-laws only to discover that the sprayer is not brass. If even one item is plastic it should be stated in the description.

Counter Thickness an issue
This faucet would work fine had I not been installing it on a granite surface. The granite surface is thicker than this faucet can handle.
