works great on grinding discs and a variety of other cutting and grinding tools keeping aluminum from sticking to them and lasting a lot longer. Works on tap and dies, grinding stones and discs, sanding, drills. Parts will need to be cleaned before welding especially aluminum.

Great for skate sharpening!
I use this for the last pass when sharpening ice skates - leaves the surface clean and shining and keeps the grinding wheel cool. Great product in a convenient package that keeps the dust off of it.

The push up stick i got is dried up and brittle. Just crumbles.

The only.lube i use.....for private home work and for industrial use......from cutting 1/2" aluminum on the chopsaw to drilling through 1/4" steel

The liquid version works better for me as a person can just dip a tap in it and go, this pretty well needs a warned up bit to make it stick/flow.
