I recently installed the Aura Pro Motorcycle LED Light Kit, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! Awesome product. Looks great, very visible, high intensity lighting. The app is an awesome feature, but the best part is the brake lighting.I did have one slight issue with one of the strips. I contacted Opt 7, submitted what they asked for and boom, they stood behind their product and shipped me a new one, immediately. I won’t use any other product for lighting.Follow up. I saw that a few of the lights were out on a couple of strips. I contacted opt7 and spoke with Bernie, who insured me the issue would be taken care of. Bernie asked a few question about the installation and my replacement parts were in the mail. Awesome company. Thank you .

Ordered this motorcycle LED kit for a 2020 Harley Street Bob, to replace a cheap Chinese kit that I previously purchased here on Amazon. It was roughly a $30 difference in price so is it worth it? The Chinese kit looked decent and worked for about two weeks, before it had an issue where two of the LED strips malfunctioned. Right out of the box the OPT7 kit looked great. The kit Had PLENTY of extra wiring and options included for you to set it up however you deemed fit. I have about 16 wire looms left after finishing the install, a ton of zip ties, an extra fuse and about 10 pieces of heat shrink left. That right there would cost you about $10-$20 in orders, for some of these other kits that don’t come with enough....As for operation of the lights and the OPT7 app: the lights are pretty bright, they have a lot of color options you can scroll through and even though the strips are only about 5 inches each, they are just as bright as the larger 12” ones from my last kit. My complaint about the adhesive strips was that they seemed to struggle with sticking good enough. It’s probably due to me installing it in December where it’s colder but the Chinese kits adhesive was pretty tacky where it wouldn’t budge. I liked how this kit had marine grade heat shrink included so that you could seal each of your connections really well and not stress about water getting in them when you wash your bike or get stuck in the rain.The APP to download for these kits though, definitely lacks a lot. It’s sort of aggravating how every time you open it up you have to find the light kit and reconnect to it for control. It would be nice if it just remembered the device permanently. It acted a little lost already one time, trying to find the light kit. Another thing that could help the app is both, being able to save preset colors you like where you can switch quickly and a widget for iPhones to be able to turn it off and on fast.Overall though. Pretty happy with it right off the bat. We will see how it goes after a few weeks.

Clean surfaces very very well! That's the only way I had any trouble with adhesion. Works very well! Super easy to install and you can easily add more LEDs later on as I did very easily. Only thing I wish that the app did was in stead of random strobe I wish I could exclude certain colors like red and blue. FYI in most states flashing red or blue is illegal. Also when I tried to purchase additional LEDs it wasnt on amazon at first and is now so at first I tried to order directly from the company. It was a complete waste of time. There website is hard to use and in the end I couldnt be sent my stuff cause my debut card and shipping address are different.. smh

I got finished installing this product and within a block of riding the lights stopped working. Thinking it was a defective part I contacted their customer support. They sent me replacement parts which didn’t fix it. I later found out that one of the wires were on the exhaust and melted them shorting the system. After I told them that they still offered to replace anything I needed. In which I declined cause I would feel bad since it was my fault.In other words the lights look great very bright! I highly recommend this Kit!!

The media could not be loaded. Worked for 2 days, then some lights changed to a different color not matching the rest and brake light function no longer works. Customer service indicated might be controller. Escalated to warranty service and they wanted me to uninstall, test each strip one by one, and each extender one by one. Instructions say connections not watertight, heat shrink advised. Lights are applied with adhesive backer and all connections are marine grade heat shrunk. Explained this to warranty and requested they send new controller. One connection to remove and test as opposed to cutting off adhesive shrink wrap and adhesive backed light strips which would not stick again for reinstall.Would not recommend based on support.

I had lights installed by local harley dealer. They had problems. I called Ben (customer service) and he helped us out. He got back to me same day. And I tell you that's rare. I'd buy this product again for my next bike

Didn't last very long. It was nice while I had it. Not as functional as the other series I bought for my fiancee's bike. Seems the computer brain is what died. Fully protected bike but it couldn't handle living life after 2 years
