These are as good as mucinex and much cheaper

I used this as orderrd by my Pulmonologist for 30 days to clear up some lung congestion. It worked. But during those 30 days I noticed that my nighttime wheezing went away. I asked him if I could keep taking it and he said yes. I take 600mg. in the morning and again at night.My post nasal drip has improved, also.I have:Sarcoidosis of the lung. (since 2018)Moderate COPD (since 2018)LPR (since around 2013Paralyzed L voal cord (had Thyroplasty)Multople Sclerosis (since 1990)This brand is by far the cheapest I have found.

Very good product. Works just as well as Mucinex, but a lot cheaper.

I am so grateful that Amazon carries this product. It is very effective in treating my allergies and the price is very helpful to my budget!

These tablets are the best of the capsules/tablets available, although I do wish they were available in 800 mg strength. The non-active ingredients are "Colloidial Silicon Dioxide, Pre-gelatinized Starch, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid" so fairly healthy compared to most of the over-the-counter products. (However, note they don't list the source of the starch, which might be corn.)

I have chronic sinusitis, it works as well as Mucinex for a much better price and it’s made in the USA which makes me a lot more comfortable about using it

This 600mg product should be long acting but it is not. I take it at night and wake up in the middle of the night with crud in my throat. Fine during the day when you can take every 4 hrs but not good for night time. Seller sent me a refund, which is much appreciated. Now I can go purchase the name brand that has 2 different colors on the tablet indicating that it is timed-release.
