CAPTAIN FAWCETTMoustache Wax - Ylang Ylang (16ml)

Now to preface this I will say that I have grown a beard every winter and have had a mustache for decades but never used any product to shape it so it has had the downward handlebars for years. I decided that once spring hits and I take the beard down I want to leave the mustache but have it shaped sort of like Captain Fawcett on the lid. I bought this after reading several reviews and began using it a few days ago and I must say that so far I am disappointed in the hold because while it does start out stiff and holds well I did have it begin to loosen and give out after a couple hours. I mentioned that I have never used products because I am thinking that since it has the natural downward turn that I may need a while to train the hairs so I will continue to use this and will update if it does work out after some time training. Some have mentioned the aroma and I find it to be fine.

I love this wax, I been waxing my handlebar stache for 45 years and believe me Capt Fawcetts is superior by far... that is until I tried their Private Stock blend!! I will never consider any other wax! I’m not blowing smoke up anyones butt either!!

This is a great wax so far I use verry little and it last all day it is a little hard to wash out. The plyabilty of my moustache is the thing I really like about the wax

Cera per baffi modellante, fa il suo dovere, tiene abbastanza su i miei baffi piutosto lunghi, per quasi tutta la giornata, dipende naturalmente , se la giornata e calda non ce' cera che tenga piu di tanto, il barottolino e abbastanza capiente , e di cera ce ne e' abbastanza io preferisco scaldarla un po con i phon per renderla quasi liquida e distribuirla per bene su tutta la lungjezza dei baffi, non lascia residui , i baffi rimangono un po' untuosi ma tutto sommato direi acettabile per ora uno dei prodotti migliori trovati sul mercato anche un po caro......

Una cera con una tenuta media ma, a mio parere, un grosso difetto: non si può scrivere che tutti gli ingredienti sono naturali quando è presente la paraffina tra di essi. Lascia i baffi unti e non è facile riomuoverla se non con vari lavaggi. La tenuta sarà anche decente ma preferisco cere più naturali e facilmente removibili (a fine giornata).

Cera baffi estremamente difficile da "sciogliere", anche se scaldata pesantemente con il phone e portata a stato liquido ridiventa durissima dopo 2 secondi! Difficile da distribuire causa la sua durezza, una volta applicata risulta scarsa la possibilità di modellare bene i baffi e oltretutto ritengo sia molto scarsa la sua tenuta, dopo nemmeno due ore è come non averla messa, l'unica cosa che potrei eventualmente salvare è il profumo.

Oggi vado a recensire un'ottima c'era per baffi, tra le più costose che possiate trovare su Amazon Italia. Ne vale la pena?PRO:- Bellissima profumazione, non intensa ma maschile e piacevole (d'altronde la tenete sotto il naso);- Facilmente modellabile, anche a freddo (molte cere devono essere scaldate), tra le dita quando l'andiamo a stendere non si creano pallini;- Quando si asciuga non lascia tracce;- Non unge.CONTRO:- Non ha una tenuta forte, io sui miei baffi lunghi un 5 cm ho problemi a farli stare su;- La si deve utilizzare più volte al giorno, poiché non mantiene per molto.In definitiva tra le cere, nonostante i difetti è tra le più consigliate!Un saluto da Libert l'astronauta recensioni!
