I purchased this product to crack shelled nuts. It work very well for walnuts, not so well for smaller nuts. It balances well because the handle is comfortable long but not overly heavy.

After using the product for one month, it has started pulling apart at the hinge. The spring keeps falling out, and if not careful, gets lost. I spent more on this nutcracker, thinking it would last , but actually is happier with the cheaper brand that I got last year. It still works good!

I used this product a lot. We have a english walnut tree, and it put out a lot of nuts this year. I had used the wooden one before, but it was a bit harder to squeeze. This one is large, so i put the nuts in sideways. my freezer is half full of nuts. Shelled nuts. I loved this.

I purchased it because I thought I could use it on all nuts, but it will not crack brazil nuts. It is hard to squeeze and feels like it will come apart.

This gadget has several qualities which are appreciated. First of all it cracks the shell effortlessly leaving the inner nugget undamaged most of the time. It's easy to store fitting nicely into a drawer and easy to keep up with not having multiple parts. It appears to be manufactured with high-quality materials which should last a lifetime and is very affordable. All in all an excellent nutcracker.

We love this little tool. Performs as good as we hoped. Crushes all the types of nuts we’ve tried it on and my favorite part is that all the pieces are contained and don’t go flying all over.I would have given 5 stars except it’s necessary to clean the inside of the cracker after each use because of the deep design, some one the flash of the nuts get mushed into the grid on the metal. It doesn’t bother my husband at all but I don’t like the way it looks and I’m afraid or those stuck pieces might contaminate the next nuts we crack next time.

May work for crabs or lobster. I was unable to crack walnuts nor could my husband. Sending it back.

Still working after 6 months of use. Walnuts are hard I’m amazed it’s still working. Happy with this product the way it opens the walnuts is the best inside stays intact.

No se rompe por el momento y tiene buen agarre

E' pratico, funzionale, si riesce a schiacciare tutti i gusci usando un pò di buon senso, anche quelli delle mandorle più dure.Dovrebbe però avere le maniglie più ampie, ben arrotondate, per non indolenzire le dita facendone un uso prolungato.Sarebbe utile dotarlo anche di un "fine corsa" sulla chiusura delle maniglie per evitare possibili schiacciamenti delle dita.

Well I did buy these specifically for walnuts but the handle on these are not nice, quite sharp on the inside. Considering a fair amount of pressure is going on these there’s great scope for pinches and blood. They’ll do for now but I’ll be shopping for better ones.

Ca fait le boulot. J'avais peur à la lecture de certains commentaires, et pour être honnête au déballage aussi. La facture ne donne qu'à moitié confiance. Mais au final, à l'utilisation, je n'ai rien à reprocher à ce casse noix. Il fait sont boulot et après quelques kilos de noix, il tiens toujours la route sans broncher.
