Very pleased with the results- I suffer with ibsc- with taking this , my body started responding and reacting naturally versus needing to use stimulates or softeners.

Recommended to use while taking antibiotics.

In all sincerity, these have made a dramatic difference in my quality of life. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I started these yesterday after i got them and my body seems to be getting back on track. Though i do seem to be hungrier than usual.But overall really good product for the price

I've been taking probiotics pretty much daily since being treated for Lyme disease five years ago. I don't need them anymore but I find my digestion better when I include them. I like a broad spectrum probiotic with a high CFU count. My doctor told me the more strains a probiotic contains, the better. This Metatrition product lists 10 on its label, which is good. Bonus points there. It also contain 10+ million CFU per caplet, a nice amount for the small size of the pill.On the downside, these caplets are not coated, which makes them, in my opinion, a bit harder to swallow. Not so much that they don't go down, but I prefer a capsule over a caplet. My go-to brand of probiotics right now is Vitacost, and I have to admit that I like them a bit better than these so far. They also frequently go on sale for Buy One Get One 50% off, making them a little bit better of a bargain.All that said, I am finding Metatrition to be just as effective as the Vitacost ones I usually take. I like this probiotic, but I'm not sure it's one I would actually buy. Still I would suggest giving it a try for anyone who needs a broad spectrum product.UPDATE: 10/22/2018 I'm almost done with the bottle and these have actually grown on me. The non-coated texture has not caused any swallowing discomfort. That said, I feel like the lack of coating actually may help me to absorb these better than some other probiotics. Accordingly, I've just bumped my rating up to 4 stars from my previous 3 stars.

I always take probiotics when I am on antibiotics. Antibiotics kill all the bacteria in your system (good and bad) and probiotics help to add the good back in. This also keeps antibiotics from destroying your digestive system while you are taking them.I was on Amoxicillin when I started these probiotics. They helped to regulate my system for the first week or so I was on antibiotics. I continued to take the probiotics and ended up going on a second course of antibiotics a week or so after the first ended. The second time, they did not do much for me. However, this is typical for my system. Probiotics seem to only work for a short period of time for me.I love that the tablets are not super big. They are not tiny, but I have had worse. I really love that you only have to take one a day. I have ordered probiotics where the serving size was two or three large capsules. The less, the better. Overall, they seem to be good probiotics. I would recommend them.
