Zinc – 10 mg

This is a very good product. The 10mgs are an amount good for you without being excessively high in strength. My doctor recommended this product in this strength to me. I am very pleased because the tables are a small size with a smooth finish. They are easily swallowed which is mandatory for me because of health problems. There is no after taste or upset stomach feeling after taking them. I am very pleased with this product.

I’ve ordered these now several times. They seem effective. They are super easy to swallow as they are a smaller size and smooth! The top of the bottle is just a twist top, so I keep it out of reach from my children. I will most likely reorder these.

This zinc supplement has been excellent. It’s easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, and I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and immune support since I started taking it. The quality is very good, and the bottle comes well-sealed and clearly labeled. I really like that it doesn’t have any aftertaste. Overall, a great product that I would definitely recommend.

Recommended daily amount but takes a long time to get. Good product but order early❣️

I like this supplement because I can't tolerate most of the chelates used for minerals. But this brand uses an amino acid blend as the chelate. This way you don't get too much of any particular amino. I am able tolerate the blend well (I can't tolerate glycinate in large amounts and many mineral supplements use this). They have several other minerals that use this chelate and that has allowed me to supplement with more minerals, particularly magnesium which I had given up on. Thank you, Nature's Plus!

I love that these are the low-dose zinc tablets that are not so high. They’re above the recommended daily amounts. I also love that I did not get sick this winter the zinc may have helped it may not have, but I choose to believe it helps

These were cheap priced, I wanted to add zinc to my supplements. These apparently are gentle on the stomach, easily absorbed and you get not too high dose of zinc. Be warned this is NOT to use for boosting immune and stopping colds. This form will not stop colds or keep you from getting too sick, you will need Zinc acetate or Zinc Gluconate in a LOZENGE form for this use. This form of zinc is used throughout the body and the immune system (helps somewhat with illnesses) and other areas. This form also is more bioavailable than zinc citrate or zinc oxide.
