We’ve been using this since it was purchased and I’ve gotta say… I am extremely impressed with it…. It’s sturdy and extremely well made… it clamps your phone extremely secure…. If I had to pick something that I didn’t like about it.. It would only be that when using an iPhone 13 pro max it can be a little tricky to get it in and out… but that’s not because of the clamp as such it’s just because the phone itself with a case is HUGE… but having said that you can still get the phone in and out… so all in all it’s still worth a buy. 😎👊🏻

Rock solid performance. Great to have something ChIna that looks and feel quality. Only a minor grip, the adjustment mechanism squeaks with every turn of the screw, soon solved with some graphite dry lube, I wouldn't recommend using oil or grease if you can help it as it might get on your phone. Recommended.

Bottom line: This phone holder is a solid all metal device. It feels like it could be with you for years. It gives you something solid, that holds a phone securely, and seems like it would be hard to break. Some holders are really fussy about thick phone cases. This one holds my phone maybe 5mm from the back of the holder, leaving lots of clearance behind the phone for thicker phone cases.Issue for gimbal users: I bought this mostly to use on the hot shoe of a Lumix DSLR camera on a gimbal. For this I found the weight of this phone holder to be an issue. Being solid metal its quite heavy. Much more than a plastic phone holder would be. It raises the balance point of the camera/phone/phone holder assembly significantly over using a lightweight plastic phone holder. That may make it hard, or impossible, to balance the gimbal.

Quite difficult to get phone into. Just overpriced for no reason.

I feel like it’s well built but you can’t have it facing the right way and because of this you have to have it on a wobble way to pricey

This literally fell apart 3 mins after it arrived.The spring fell out. Then once i clamped my phone in the whole top screw came and I could not remove my phone.I am amazed this is so poorly made.Sadly returned instantly.
