Great machine! Miss those summer days when you could walk into a sweet shop/newsagents and buy a slushy or slush puppie drink. This didn't disappoint. Not sure the syrups are particularly healthy but nice to have one every so often. Nice cups and straws that came with it and really easy to use. Happy with my purchase! Looks good as well and decent size.

My daughter wanted this for her birthday. It was a bit on the cheap looking side but was good enough for an occasional use item. It is simple to use with clear instructions, my daughter has learning disabilities so the picture guide was easy enough for her to follow. It is very loud which is down to the ice being crushed so I imagine that cannot be avoided. The ice does not crush down to a very fine level as in the shop made slush drinks but it was adequate enough to be enjoyed. I would recommend thick straws for use. Overall, not a bad item, it was great fun for my daughter and her friends. The flavours that came with it were just like the shop ones and tasted good and we added some different flavours we bought also. This version with the jug was the one we chose as I figured it would be less messy to pour and easier to clean and so far so good. I happily recommend this item but I suggest the use of ear plugs if you have sensory issues.

Bought as a present but I've seen it used and had a slush from it and it does everything you'd expect.You'll need a good supply of ice cubes if you're using regularly.I think it's a little over priced for what it is but it works well.

Excellent - daughter loves it! She has used it every day for the last 2 weeks! If you want it very slushy (like the shop) with no ice bits, then I’d suggest you put it through the crusher twice (without adding syrup) as I think it’s a tiny bit crunchy… the children don’t care though so it’s probably me being fussy! Really good machine though, firm favourite for a treat cold drink and it’s easy to clean too! Safe too as the chopping area has a cut off switch when the lid is removed… so it safe for the kids to use!

This is now sorted after speaking to Amazon customer servicesI have been trying to return this item and no one is getting back to me. I have bought this product a few times and normally last over a year as we use quite a lot but 1 to 2 months not acceptable

Really great machine, I had heard poor reviews of the previous model so never brought one. This is amazing and just like the Slush Puppies from childhood. Although the ice is slightly coarser, I have found by adding some additional water to the syrup in the jug you end up with the consistency of a traditional slush. This is a great price with the syrup bottles included.
