Perfect for cat trees 🐱🌳
Really satisfied with this sisal rope. 1/4 inch is perfect for re-covering cat tree scratching posts. Sturdy and stiff to hold-up to claws, yet flexible enough to easily wrap. I tipped-over my 7 foot tall cat tree to wrap horizontally and applied with gorilla wood glue. The rope has a faint smell when you pull it out of the box, but disappears quickly.

Perfect size to use for cat tree posts.
This was perfect for re-wrapping multiple posts for our cat trees. I believe I was able to get seven, two foot tall posts wrapped with plenty left over. The size is perfect. Prior to ordering this size I had purchased the 3/8" version and although it worked well it was a little too thick. It was hard to work with because it was hard to keep it tight and even harder to get staples through it. This is just a little smaller but much easier to work with for my application. I recently purchased a brand new cat tree and I don't think you can tell the difference between the new posts and the ones on the old tree that I re-wrapped with this twine.I was concerned about how the twine would dispense but its super easy. There is a area in the center of the top that you cut away and then it just feeds right out the middle. We had no issues whatsoever.

Quality is sketchy at Best
At the start of the coil the rope was quite a bit thicker and better quality. Overall a bit on the disappointed side I've definitely had better not sure if I'll order it again I use this for custom cat trees and I need the quality to be there from start to finish.

Perfect to rehab cat trees!
I bought this to re-wrap cat tree posts with new rope. There is almost no smell because it is unoiled, so it is safe for my cats. I just cut the box on the lines on top and pulled the rope out through the hole until I estimated that I had enough for the post I was working on, then started wrapping and didn't cut it until it was finally stapled. If it started getting twisted up, I just pulled more out to loosen the tension up some. I re-wrapped the posts of seven cat trees and the box is still pretty heavy with rope for future use.

Hops
I use this rope to string my hop field. It is very strong sturdy and perfect for the bines to hang onto as they grow up. Have bought 3x now. Happy every time

Great stuff.
Great stuff. Built a couple custom cat trees with it. It is unoiled. It did however have a trace chemical smell that went away within an hour. I just cut a bunch of lengths and left them outside for a bit.

Worried about dispensing.
Rope seems well made. Will be used for Boy Scout lashing projects. I expected a dispenser carton as in the picture but what I got was a large circular bundle (not on a drum or spool). Has anyone dispensed this by cutting a hole in the center of the box and dispensed from the middle of the bundle? I'm worried my scouts will turn this into a large 1500' tangled mess.
