Addison's Disease Pet Tag for Dogs with Addison's Disease (Large)

I’ve gotten so many compliments on this dog tag! Love that it can alert someone that my dog has Addison’s disease if she ever got lost. And the quality is amazing! Very legible and seems like it’ll last a long time. Love the many different color options as well.

Exactly as described. Very bright. I can’t speak to sturdiness as we just received it. It does seem well made.

This took much to long to ship and upon arrival I took it off the piece of paper I guess it is glued on because all the paper stuck to the back side of the tag. On the personalized side so I’ve been sitting here trying to scrub it off to no avail. Definitely look elsewhere for this product if you don’t want to wait a month and want something personalized.

The only reason to by this is if your dog has Addison's disease & if your dog has Adison's disease I don't have to tell you what a nerve wracking experience it is. My dog is on Fludrocortisone & gets 4 1/2 pills 2x a day but even if your dog is on Percorten or Zycortal you're still going to have to give him a daily dose of Prednisone. So if the dog is missing or sneaks out of the yard it's Panic City. Having this tag on him I hope might put a sense of urgency in somebody that finds your dog to contact you ASAP.

I ordered this several years ago and it has held up very well, even when my dogs were playing rough and the outer glow in the dark rubber piece came off, I just waited until night time and it would glow in the yard and I can find it very easily to slip back on LOL..im going to reorder another one in pink to match Sophies collar. The lettering on the back is nice and clear, i was able to put her name, our phone number, our vets name and phone number and it wasnt small or hard to read. Its metal, good quality, well worth the money of keeping our Addison dog safe if ever lost and found☺️.

Glad I ordered the large for my Newfoundland, it's slightly bigger than his rabies tag. Pleasantly surprised that the outside rubber ring glows in the dark (if it's been activated by light). So far it's holding up extremely well and the personalization on the back was exactly correct and easy to read.

This is a cute little print-on-demand dog tag! I ordered black (a soft black, not a true black btw). It has a smooth poly coating (thick!) on each side. We included our pups name, our cell, our DC vet and our NC vet (we split our time), and “microchipped.” Plenty of room for all of it! Overall, worth it for the price.**Takes a little longer to ship, but that’s the flip side of getting something customized (something to keep in mind). Came earlier than expected though!

This is the second medical alert tag I ordered for my dog. The first was through another company and the writing scratched off in just a couple of months. The writing on this one seems to be covered with a plastic or epoxy. I got the small one and even though it’s small it can still be read. I will update after he’s had it on his collar awhile to see how it wears. It took about a month to receive.
