I did not dare taste the concentrate powder.4 capsules is alot for most people so this product is more suited to the diligent who already consume 20+ daily capsules to maintain optimal health.Your body have a certain amount of energy. I've taken the recommended dose of four capsules several days in a row now. Supposedly the four capsules should be 1700 mg of apple cider vinegar. I take apple cider vinegar gummies and have taken them for a long time to help speed up my metabolism. Apple cider vinegar gummies help me go to the bathroom two to three times a day and clear me out. These pills unfortunately did not help make me go to the bathroom. It's kind of disappointed because these also have some other good ingredients. I know everybody is different but I'm going to stick with apple cider vinegar gummies or just putting apple cider vinegar into some water and drinking it.

I've read about the benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) but since I can barely handle the smell of it, there is now way I could ever swallow any of it. So because of that, I have never experienced the benefits of ACV.I had actually thought these pills would have some kind of a vinegar after taste, or maybe even give me heartburn, but so far I've had no issues with that happening.I haven't yet noticed any reduced snack cravings, but it's Christmas week and there are just too many temptations. After the holidays, I'm going to get serious about limiting my snacking, and I'm hoping these ACV pills will be helpful.

These are all the ingredients that are known to be good for intake in the morning. Its surprising to find a supplement that packs it all in one, so this is definitely a rare find. These herbal ingredients are all quite harmless as they are part of most healthy diets. The pills do emit a strong vinegar smell since ACV is the primary ingredient so if you have discomfort with acidic food in the morning, i would advise using it with care. Try it out at different times of the day so you can see if you prefer it taking it empty stomach or later on.

We use Apple Cider Vinegar daily usually with or after dinner in our drinks. I am also a big proponent of Garlic and Ginger and use it liberally in my cooking.I like lemon and honey but lemon is rough on my stomach and natural honey is a problem for my glucose so I use it sparingly.Luckily with this supplement I get all of them at least in a decent amount.They sit well and cause no problems for my gut so that makes them a winner in my book.5/5

I think I'm genetically predisposed to not liking anything vinegar, so drinking a bit of apple cider vinegar is not going to happen for me. This makes it easy. So far so good, no aftertaste or anything like that. However, I haven't seen any difference in my gut either, so I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Best I can tell, this isn't hurting me. Worst case is I've thrown away a bit of cash, but these aren't that much to begin with.
