Baby sleeps well and still has range of motion
Baby doesn't like arms being pinned down so these sleep sacks work amazing as a transition swaddle. Baby can move arms and legs pretty freely but doesn't wake themselves up flailing their arms either. The x-small size fit well for 2-4 months (~10-15 pounds) and the small should work for 3-6 months. Since it's a zipper it does bunch up with the excess fabric, and the zipper guard sometimes slips but hasn't bothered baby. We've washed and dried many times and it holds up well.

Works for us-with some modifications
I put my almost 5 month old in this for her first nap of the day not expecting too much. We are trying to get her out of the tradition swaddle for safety reasons-she is rolling over like a champ! I tightened this swaddle with a hair tie in the middle of the chest and plan on loosening it slowly. Well, she fell asleep at her normal pace-in about 7-10 minutes. I was checking on her in the monitor and noticed that she had a pretty big startle reflex and thought to myself- well, she definitely going to wake up, but she didn’t! Only words of wisdom I can give is to size down at first, it’s pretty big for a small, and use a hair tie. Good luck sleep deprived mammas! Also something else that I do for warmth (my husband loves it cold in the house) is we use the magic Merlin suit along with this-maybe that may help other fidgety/extremely startling babies like mine-use a the Merlin sleep suit under this ZIPADEE. She cannot use the Merlin suit by itself-not quit enough for her.Almost wish this company would add a Velcro tab that allows to cinch up the chest area instead of using a hair tie-because what is she flips over in this, that does not seem comfortable to me to lay on the hair tie.

Love Our Zippys!
My first baby wore zippys all the way until 2.5 when he got his toddler bed before transitioning to flying squirrel Jammie’s (made by the same company). They’re great for little buddies that can roll, but aren’t quite ready to be unswaddled yet. They also help keep your adventurous toddler from climbing out of the crib. I’d suggest going right to the small if you have an average sized baby, as the x small size is when most babies are still swaddled. Go by length instead of weight when you try to figure out your baby’s size. They’ll be long, just like they’re supposed to be!

Perfect transition swaddle!
This has been a hit with my 4 month old baby. She has always loved being swaddled to go to sleep, but she was getting too old to be swaddled the traditional way. I bought this to try and it has been amazing! I transitioned her slowly into this swaddle from her other one. We started wearing it during naps and when she was fussy for about 2 weeks then gradually introducing it at night. I have no complaints so far.

Definitely not a consistent size or material
We got this because we have the same size in another color. Turns out this patterned one is a different material which makes it slightly smaller and not stretch so it just made our son scream. We'll have to return it and it'd unfortunate because I also bought one through their sleeping baby website since there was a 15%off code and I thought they'd make sure they all fit the same. That one is this same non-stretching material so I have to return that there as well and they charge a restocking fee AND don't refund shipping. So I'll pay 10 dollars for something we couldn't use because of poor quality control. Great.

Lifesaver for tired parents and rolling babies
My four month old loves this! I swaddled her every night, but once she could roll from her back to her stomach, she couldn't be swaddled any more. I tried sleep sacks, but she wouldn't sleep well with her arms free. This zipadeezip is wonderful. She still feels secure but can use her arms if she rolls over at night. We got 12 hours of sleep (with a few wake ups) the first night. I bought another one already. This is a lifesaver for tired parents.

Pricey but works
Works as described. Seems comfortable and baby can move freely. We had no issues using it as a transition from swaddling! Once it washes, it does get pilly - this is somewhat aggravating. It’s a great transition from swaddling! A little pricey for what you get.

Love it!
The material is great for my baby's skin and has helped her get a great nights sleep. She looks like an adorable star fish lol
