Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Coconut Flour 2kg, Gluten Free

Last time I followed a low-carb diet, 'cake' simply meant a glorified ground almond sweet omelette. Now there are myriad recipes, some revolting, but many delicious. This coconut flour is light, smooth flowing and delicious. I'm not keen on coconut - I dislike the smell - but there is no problem with this flour, which has only a subtle coconut flavour. I made a low-carb chocolate cake with it and was delighted to find that I really had made CAKE. It is really lovely and completely healthy. I'm taking it on a picnic tomorrow and will be eating cake and DIETING! I'll be ordering more of this flour in the future.

Great flour. Value for money, the large bag has lasted us for ages. Finely ground flour, lovely taste and a great alternative for normal flour. We make amazing pancakes etc from him for a nice low carb alternative.
