Love these rye crackers! Crispy, tasty and filling using only 15 gm. They came super quick even during the holiday season.

This requires a taste for Swedish crisp bread. This brand is a good quality one, the taste is what I expect it to be, ie very rye but not sweet, very crunchy and crisp.

Every now and then I order Knackebrod from Amazon. It’s a reminder of visiting Grandma house at holidays. She immigrated from Sweden in 1900. The Fin Crisp Silijans are excellent in taste and value. I can’t find this particular brand in local stores so Amazon is the place I count for my delicious walk down memory lane.

Very good product. Comes in a wheel so you break off pieces when you eat it. How to store it once opened? I put it in a round pie storage container. It fit perfectly. I like the product.

I love rye crispbread, whether thin or thick. Perhaps it's an acquired taste, but the slightly sour flavor is delightful. Break these big rounds up and eat the pieces with butter (real butter, not margarine), cheese and pepper, or berry jam for an excellent snack. I also put gravlax on top of it and have that for dinner (or use nova and a bit of dill if gravlax is too dry for you, as it sometimes is). For anyone who loved the now-defunct Ry-Krisp, as I did, this is a super replacement (Wasa is pretty good, too, but I like Finn Crisp better). If you liked the seasoned variety, try a very thin spread of butter and a sprinkle of your favorite seasoned salt on top. I recommend Jacobsen's Black Pepper Salt or their Steak Seasoning for a little kick. My only complaint is length of time it takes for these to be shipped, but hey, if that's the worst that happens, then I am, as they say, Lady Luck's own tot.

Used to eat this all the time as a kid, but it's hard to find now in stores. Delicious. Quick delivery. Product was fresh and crisp.

Maybe made in Finland but a Swedish Crisp bread is something else! Delicious! Healthy! Enjoy!
